Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 3 years of HR experience, particularly in real estate or similar sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of local labor regulations and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluation, and policy formulation.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to operate independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD) is advantageous.
