Key Responsibilities
1. Process transactions by scanning items and registering sales using the designated payment methods.
2. Communicate currency rates and denominations clearly to customers.
3. Conduct security checks on currency as necessary.
4. Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers in a professional and timely manner.
5. Pack customers' items as needed to facilitate efficient service.
6. Relay customer feedback to the appropriate departments to ensure necessary actions are taken.
7. Promote additional sales and maintain awareness of ongoing promotions and advertisements.
8. Manage the cash unit, ensuring it is installed, checked, and returned at the end of each shift.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
