Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of the Dorchester Collection Dubai team, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.

Core Duties:
  • Communication and Reception: Greet clients and visitors, handle incoming calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage the filing system, record information as needed, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Office Organization: Assist with organizing and maintaining office common areas, including the reception area and meeting rooms.
  • Travel and Events: Coordinate travel arrangements, book accommodations, and make reservations as required.
  • Supply Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of office supplies and equipment, and order replacements as needed.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients, including responding to queries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to senior staff.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
