Job Description

The role of Business Unit HR Specialist is critical in ensuring HR programs and services are delivered professionally and effectively to the client base. It primarily delivers the organization's HR People Agenda on the front line, as well as consulting and advising line management on HR policy and people issues to foster positive employee relations & engagement levels within the workforce.

The candidate should be able to guide and support business units for key HR policies and processes, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, National Development, and Organization Structure. They should also build effective working relationships with People Managers across assigned business units and provide advisory and support for HR program delivery, ensuring two-way communication between centralized HR and business units.

Language Requirements

English - Fluent / Excellent
Arabic - Very Good

Key Skills
  • Liaising with team members and working collaboratively to reach targets.
  • Providing input and ideas into marketing initiatives and promoting these initiatives and monitoring responses.

The ideal candidate must have a Degree Level Qualification in Human Resource Management or Business Management from a recognized university. A minimum of 4 years of progressive HR Management experience is required. The role is generalist in nature, and candidates must demonstrate knowledge, understanding, and ability in all facets of HR. Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are desirable) is essential.
