  • Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role, with a strong understanding of HR practices and employment law.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
