Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and standard operating procedures.

  • Work on alternative sourcing strategies to reduce reliance on single or sole suppliers, focusing on cost-effective sourcing initiatives and enhancing supplier capabilities.
  • Represent the procurement function and collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the Alternative Supplier Approval Process.
  • Oversee the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process for new projects and product setups.
  • Lead Supplier Quality Management initiatives from the procurement perspective for the EH region.
  • Prepare procurement performance reports, identifying opportunities for improvement in safety and quality.
  • Establish and maintain individual goals that align with weekly, monthly, and yearly objectives, actively pursuing achievement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in direct materials procurement within the Chemical or Oil & Gas industries.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and Power BI Dashboard.
