We are seeking an experienced Fulfillment Center Manager to join our team at Q-Express Documents Transport. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within both AMZL and FC environments, including managing teams of Operations Supervisors, Operations Assistants, Delivery Service Providers, and associates.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations within both AMZL and FC environments.
- Manage teams of Operations Supervisors, Operations Assistants, Delivery Service Providers, and associates.
- Implement process improvements and streamline workflows to increase efficiency.
- Maintain inventory accuracy within the FC environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
- 1+ years employee and performance management experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Ability to push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts (AMZL).
