Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create innovative pastry menus that meet the resort's high standards.
- Develop and implement pastry inventory management systems to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Lead a team of pastry chefs in preparing and presenting high-quality pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats.
- Conduct daily quality control checks to ensure that all pastry products meet the resort's quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest pastry trends and techniques to continuously improve the resort's pastry offerings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end resort or hotel.
