  • Damage Reporting: Identify and report any significant damages to supervisors.
  • Fixture Repairs: Address minor repairs on fixtures such as doors, locks, and windows within guest rooms.
  • Plumbing Maintenance: Perform essential plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Grouting and Sealing: Undertake bathroom grouting and silicone filling in guest accommodations.
