Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Advisor/Consultant to join our team and contribute to the success of a large-scale Real Estate mega project in the United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and develop strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Provide specialized knowledge and expertise in complex commercial negotiations, particularly on large-scale projects.
- Utilize real estate experience to evaluate different negotiation outcomes and drive the entire process end-to-end.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with landowners and developers as a trusted advisor and mediator.
- Stay up-to-date with legal and regulatory requirements related to large-scale property development in the region.
- Contribute to the development of practical solutions that drive sustainable growth and a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate sector.
- Senior advisor with expertise in complex commercial negotiations, particularly on large-scale projects.
- Real estate experience is a must.
- Expertise in high-stakes negotiations and ability to drive the entire process end-to-end.
- Aptitude for financial acumen to evaluate different negotiation outcomes.
- Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to large-scale property development in the region.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Regional experience is a prerequisite.
- Arabic language proficiency is advantageous.
Work Environment: Full-time role in the United Arab Emirates.
Engagement: Temporary or Permanent depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
