This is an exceptional opportunity to develop and implement business growth strategies in the FMCG sector. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the FMCG sector.
  • Maintain and grow existing relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
  • Drive sales growth through effective planning, execution, and market analysis.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotions with key clients.
  • Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing, and consumer trends.
  • Ensure product visibility and availability in key retail outlets.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably in food, beverages, or personal care).
  • Strong knowledge of distribution channels and retail operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • UAE driving license is a plus.
