Job Description


The successful candidate will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) with a focus on KSA requirements. They must ensure compliance with KSA regulations and industry standards related to learning and development. Collaboration with HR, training, and IT teams is essential to gather requirements and develop effective LMS solutions.



  • LMS Design and Configuration: The consultant will be responsible for designing and configuring the LMS to meet the client's needs, including content delivery, user management, and reporting.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensuring that the LMS implementation meets all necessary regulatory and quality standards is crucial.
  • User Training and Support: Providing expert training sessions and ongoing support to users to ensure they can effectively utilize the LMS.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as performing regular maintenance tasks to ensure system stability and performance.


Required Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System implementation and support, with at least 9 years of experience. Specific expertise in the KSA region is mandatory. Key qualifications include:



  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification: Holding an active SAP SuccessFactors certification is highly desirable.
