  • Access Control
    • Regulate access to the hotel, ensuring that only authorized personnel and guests are permitted entry.
    • Manage the distribution of keys, access cards, and other security-related equipment.
  • Customer Service
    • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any security concerns or inquiries from guests.
    • Assist with directions, general information, and guest requests as necessary.
