Are you a skilled CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) Planner with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the GCC region, specifically within the dynamic environment of a shopping mall? We're looking for a talented individual to join our team and contribute to the efficient operation of our facilities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Utilize CAFM software to effectively plan and manage maintenance activities, space utilization, and asset management within the shopping mall.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to schedule and execute maintenance and repair tasks in a timely manner.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in facility management processes.
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline workflows and enhance the overall efficiency of facility management operations.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CAFM Planner in the GCC region, preferably within the shopping mall industry.
- Proficiency in using CAFM software and familiarity with facility management principles and practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
