CRM Executive
- Greeting patients and visitors in a courteous manner.
- Manage and maintain appointment schedules and reminders
- Escorting patients for Executive Health Checkups (appointment booking, sample collections, diagnostics, and follow-up)
- Responding to internal and external calls, message queries promptly & accurately
- Obtaining patients’ information for registration, and insurance, is necessary for the completion of electronic health records and claims
- Assisting in filling out history forms, consent forms, and payments, when necessary.
- Effectively communicate with patients, physicians, and other staff - within the clinics & external facilities - providing accurate, timely, and responsive information.
- Shows flexibility in working hours and duties.
- Arrange for reports to be completed and sent to patients as required.

Update and Track the Booking Calendar.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Knowledge of UAE Medical & Health Insurance (Preapprovals, Claim Submission, and Resubmission, etc) - **Mandatory**
- Minimum of one year of healthcare experience (reception, nursing, customer service) - **Mandatory**
- Excellent communication, team player & people skills
- The role requires someone with a great personality - warm, friendly, and outgoing
- Language: English (Fluent) & Arabic (preferred)
- Able to join immediately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
