As an Admissions Counselor at ASTI Academy, you will be a key player in driving student enrollment through effective sales strategies and personalized counseling. **Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Enrollment**:
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly enrollment targets by effectively selling the academy programs to prospective students.
- Utilize persuasive and consultative selling techniques to guide potential students through the enrollment process.
**Lead Generation and Follow-up**:
- Generate leads through various channels, including outreach events, social media, and inquiries.
- Promptly follow up with leads, providing information, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through the admission process.
**Relationship Building**:
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospective students to understand their educational goals and needs.
- Provide personalized guidance on program choices, admission requirements, and financial aid options.
**Sales Presentations**:
- Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the value and benefits of the academy programs.
- Customize presentations to address the unique needs and concerns of each prospective student.
**Application Support**:
- Overcome objections and address concerns to facilitate a smooth enrollment experience.
**Market Research**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the education landscape to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide feedback to the admissions team regarding market demands and student preferences.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in educational counseling or related fields.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
