Warehouse Incharge

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse In-Charge located in Kizzad Abu Dhabi at Health Mart LLC.
- Responsible for all inbound and outbound shipment.
- Dispatch the delivery against official documents ( Delivery notes / Invoice ).
- Manage the GRN upon physical inspection of new arrival of shipment in the WH.
- Immediately report the discrepancy to procurement and logistics dept for further escalation.
- Allocate the shipment in the designated racks / bins.
- Manually handle, repacks, or restacks pallets of the product as needed.
- Manage the shipping workflow and other warehouse operations.
- Monitor and control the dispatch truck to ensure smooth deliveries on daily basis.
- Notify the short-expiry or damaged ex-stock to management immediately.
- To do periodic physical stock taking like Quarterly, Bi-yearly and Year-to-end to ensure accuracy in the inventory.
- Make sure to keep full documents for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Identify and report slow-moving item to identify any potential lead to liquidate.
- Manually handle, repacks, or restacks pallets of the product as needed.
- Documents all related activities and complete forms and reports.
- Confirmed availability of the items to be shipped by verifying inventory record.

**Reports**:

- Expired, To be expired, slow-moving and WH inventory report.
- Inventory aging report on monthly basis
- Inventory ratio report on monthly basis
- Daily inbound & outbound report.

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management, logistics or a related field.
- Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position.
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
- Familiarity with Health and Safety laws and regulations in a warehouse environment.
- Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
- Problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
