**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Warehouse Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes are carried out efficiently and safely.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment to maximize efficiency and ensure safety compliance.
- **Inventory Control**:

- Manage the intake and dispatch of miners, ensuring accurate logging of all in-and-out transactions.
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to the relevant departments.
- **Miner Handling and Tracking**:

- Handle all miners received for repair, ensuring they are logged, stored, and managed correctly.
- Maintain detailed records of all miners, including serial numbers, condition upon receipt, and repair status.
- **Coordination with Repair Centers**:

- Liaise with external repair centers, coordinating the dispatch and return of miners.
- Track the progress of repairs, ensuring timely updates are provided to relevant stakeholders.
- **Communication and Follow-ups**:

- Provide regular updates on repair statuses to the relevant departments and management.
- Follow up with repair centers to ensure repairs are completed within agreed timelines.
- **Miner Transfer Arrangements**:

- Arrange and oversee the transfer of miners between sites or to repair centers, ensuring secure and efficient transport.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and safe delivery of equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a technology or hardware-focused environment.
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and track inventory accurately.
- Excellent communication skills for coordination and follow-up with external and internal teams.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
