Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the General Manager, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining files and records.

Information Management: Manage information flow in and out of the General Manager's office, ensuring that important messages and requests are prioritized and addressed promptly.

Project Management: Assist in managing special projects or initiatives as assigned by the General Manager. This could involve coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking project milestones, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Research and Analysis: Conduct research and gather data on various topics as requested by the General Manager. This may involve analysing industry trends, competitor information, market research, or other relevant data to support decision-making.

Budgeting and Finance: Assist in budget preparation and financial planning processes. This could include tracking expenses, preparing financial reports, and monitoring budgetary compliance.

Policy and Procedure Compliance: Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed within the organization and assist in implementing new policies or initiatives as directed by the General Manager.

Problem-Solving: Act as a problem-solver and troubleshooter, addressing issues and concerns as they arise within the organization. This could involve resolving conflicts, mediating disputes, or escalating issues to the General Manager as needed.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and always maintain confidentiality, especially when dealing with personnel matters, financial data, or strategic plans.

Professional Development: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and developments in relevant areas to enhance job performance and contribute effectively to the organization's goals.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Work: 3 years (preferred)
