**Job Overview**: We are Looking for a fresh graduate UAE National to hold the position of HR Coordinator. He will play a vital role in managing human resources functions, supporting the recruitment process, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations within the context of the plastic manufacturing industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment and On boarding**:

- Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process for manufacturing roles, including production, quality control, and maintenance positions.
- Oversee the on boarding process for new hires in collaboration with department managers.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and resolve conflicts.
- Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives.
- Implement employee recognition programs specific to the manufacturing industry.
- **Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs for manufacturing staff and coordinate relevant training programs.
- Work with department heads to develop and implement skill enhancement initiatives.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Collaborate with the safety officer to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct safety orientations for new hires and coordinate ongoing safety training.
- **HR Administration**:

- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in the HRIS.
- Assist in the administration of benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Process employee documentation, such as contracts, promotions, and terminations.
- **Labor Law Compliance**:

- Stay current on labor laws and regulations relevant to the manufacturing industry.
- Ensure the company's HR policies align with legal requirements.
- **Performance Management**:

- Support performance appraisal processes for manufacturing employees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
- **Workforce Planning**:

- Collaborate with department managers to assess staffing needs and participate in workforce planning.
- Support talent retention initiatives.
- **Employee Communications**:

- Facilitate internal communication channels to keep employees informed about company news and updates.
- Assist in organizing employee events and activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Local UAE Nationals Only
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
