**Job Title: Sales & Leasing Agent**
**Location**: Dubai

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
**Business Development**:

- Actively prospect for new leasing opportunities through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential tenants to maximize leasing opportunities.
- Collaborate with the leasing team to create targeted marketing strategies aimed at attracting new clients.

**Client Interaction**:

- Greet and engage with prospective tenants, providing detailed information about properties.
- Conduct property tours, effectively showcasing features and benefits to encourage leasing decisions.
- Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and match them with suitable properties.

**Lease Negotiation**:

- Assist clients in understanding lease terms and conditions, guiding them through the leasing process.
- Negotiate lease agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both landlords and tenants.
- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies.

**Administrative Support**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing activities and client interactions.
- Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring all documentation is completed and signed.

**Market Analysis**:

- Stay informed about current market trends, pricing, and local real estate laws to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.

**Customer Service**:

- Address and resolve any tenant concerns or issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to enhance tenant retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a leasing agent, real estate agent, or similar role in the property market.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, laws, and regulations is essential.

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development and lead generation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to participate in community events and outreach to enhance visibility and attract new tenants.
