**Job Title: Real Estate Sales Consultant (Female Only)**
**Location**: Dubai international city
**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
**Employment Type**: Full-time, Company Visa

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Client Management**: Manage a portfolio of clients and guide them through the buying or renting process, focusing on both off-plan and secondary market properties.
- **Market Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market trends, property values, and legal regulations to offer clients accurate and relevant advice.
- **Lead Generation & Networking**: Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- **Property Listings & Viewings**: Conduct property viewings, both online and in-person, and present properties effectively to potential buyers and investors.
- **Negotiations & Closures**: Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring successful deals while maintaining client satisfaction.
- **Documentation & Administration**: Prepare and manage sales agreements, contracts, and other necessary documentation in compliance with company and legal standards.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service for clients.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional post-sale support to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive experience throughout the transaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with experience in both **off-plan** and **secondary market** properties.
- **Availability**: Immediate joiners only.
- **Visa**: Must be eligible for a company visa.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and market conditions.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- **Education**: A relevant degree or certification in Real Estate or related field is preferred.
