Reservation Sales Manager

Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reservation cum Sales Manager to join our Revenue department. As a Reservation cum Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our reservation process and maximizing revenue for our holiday homes.
**Responsibilities**:
**Data-Driven Decision-Making**:
- Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to make informed decisions regarding pricing, occupancy rates, and inventory management.
- Continuously monitor reservation trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities for revenue optimization.
- Demand and analyze data to support strategic judgments and decision-making.
**Sales Expansion**:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive non-ordinary sales channels, such as partnerships with travel agents, online travel agencies (OTAs), and other sales partners.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to explore new sales opportunities and innovative approaches to expand the customer base.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align reservation strategies with promotional campaigns.
**CRM Management**:
- Oversee and manage the utilization of the Sales CRM system (e.g HubSpot) to streamline reservations processes.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records, interactions, and communications in the CRM.
- Train reservations team members on effective CRM usage and best practices.
**Reservations Team Leadership**:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the reservations team, setting clear performance targets and conducting regular evaluations.
- Foster a culture of excellence, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centricity within the team.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in handling complex reservations and customer inquiries.
**Reporting and Communication**:
- Prepare and present regular reports on reservation performance, revenue, and sales strategies to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between reservations and other departments.

**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in reservation management or a similar role within the hospitality, Travel & Tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of reservation management systems with a strong background in data analysis.
- Proficiency in using Sales CRM software (e.g., SalesForce, HubSpot) for reservations management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
