**Finance and Administrative Coordinator (Dubai, Motor City)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Management**:

- Controlling income and expenditure.
- Issuing invoices and managing receipted payments.
- Verifying payments against services provided and ensuring accuracy.
- Syncing accounts with accounting software and chasing outstanding payments.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Organizing and managing client data and correspondence.
- Filling information into spreadsheets and maintaining accuracy.
- Sending offers and managing client communications.
- **Team & HR Management**:

- Managing team tasks and deadlines.
- Organizing personal workload to meet objectives.
- Assisting with HR-related tasks.

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to maintain accuracy across all tasks.
- **Excel Expertise**: Fluent in Excel and experienced in managing data.
- **Numerical Proficiency**: Strong mathematical skills for accurate financial management.
- **Time Management**: Ability to work effectively under time pressure.

**Visa status**: own visa required

**Offer**:

- **Probationary Period**: 3 months at 3500 AED/month.
- **Post-Probation**: Salary increase to 4000-5000 AED/month based on performance.
- **Post-Probation**: Health insurance
