The Research Executive at Ipsos UAE, will work with the Customer Service team, by coordinating research projects. His or her responsibilities includes project delivery, stakeholder management, client communications, and collaboration with various divisions. Known for a strong work ethic, the executive actively seeks learning opportunities, takes ownership, and collaborates on proposal processes, including research solution design and pricing for existing clients.

- FINANCE, P&L AND ADMINISTRATIVE.

**Requirements**:

- A Degree or master’s in marketing, Arts or Business is essential (a master’s degree would be an advantage)
- Managing smaller proposals (including design & pricing of research, solutions) with senior supervision and approval.
- Assisting in day-to-day client interaction, supporting seniors in client relationship management, communication, and face-to-face meetings.
- Supporting SREs and Account Managers in developing existing client accounts, including contributing to proposals, costing, and managing smaller projects with senior supervision.
- Overseeing successful project management, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery to client satisfaction.
- Managing project aspects, including client interaction with senior support, contribution to research materials, and direct engagement with internal stakeholders and suppliers, while also overseeing project administration and certain elements of job book management and direct cost responsibility.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Actively engaging in knowledge-sharing initiatives and continuous learning across various platforms.
- Demonstrating expertise in one area and ongoing development in two others, along with enhancing computer and soft skills, seeking self-development opportunities, and contributing as a respectful team member.
- Contributing to achieving the financial targets of the business unit and ensuring general administrative and personal HR compliance.

- Excellent command of spoken and written English, written and spoken Arabic is an advantage.
- Exceptional presentation skills

- Must be able to build and maintain internal and external client relationships.
- Analytical skills / Training skills / Delegation skills
- Excellent computing skills especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and other technical suites are an added advantage.

- Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously.
