**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordinating and monitoring logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and transactions using inventory management software or spreadsheets.
- Assist in preparing shipping documents, such as bills of lading, packing lists, and customs documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to organize and optimize storage space and ensure efficient handling of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, inventory, or deliveries.
- Monitor and track shipment statuses and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Support logistics team with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and report generation.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in a logistics-related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office suite and inventory management systems.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently.
