**CHATBOT ADMINISTRATOR SPECIALIST**
- Experience in managing the content of Chatbots.
- Experience in designing of Chatbot Content.
- Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) mechanisms of Chatbots
- AI & ML background
- HTML Knowledge
- Experience in the tax field
- Nuance Systems Experience (Preferable)
- Both Arabic & English Skills
- Maintain superior documentation and actively contribute to ongoing process improvement.
- Provide efficient, high quality technical support services to ensure timely response to queries, resolution of problems, and reporting/escalation of unresolved issues.
- Problem diagnosis and creative resolution for issues.
