We are seeking an experienced **Show Caller** to join our dynamic team on a freelance basis for 6-8 weeks, with the potential for a full-time position. The Show Caller will be responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of events, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that all elements of the production come together seamlessly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call the show and manage live events, ensuring all technical elements are executed on time.
- Coordinate with stage management, technical teams, and talent to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate cues and changes to the production team during rehearsals and live events.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event and provide solutions on the spot.
- Collaborate with producers and directors to create a cohesive event experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Show Caller or in a similar role within the events and exhibition industry.
- Strong understanding of event production and technical aspects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
