**The Job**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities.
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their duties to ensure efficient workflow.
- Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.
- Oversee food production and presentation, maintaining consistency and excellence.
- Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies, ensuring cost control and mínimal waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
- Develop new recipes and contribute to menu planning and innovation.
- Monitor portion sizes and food quality to ensure adherence to established standards.
- Handle any kitchen-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain a positive and productive kitchen environment.

**Qualifications**
- **KNOWLEDGE OF ITALIAN CUISINE IS NEEDED**:

- At least 2+ years' of culinary or kitchen experience
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Pay: From AED9,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Italian Cuisine: 1 year (required)
