**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Expansion**: Identify and target new business opportunities in the Industrial Automation sector. Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
- **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including Pneumatics, Hydraulics, and other industrial-related products. Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients as needed.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the Industrial Automation sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of Pneumatics, Hydraulics, and other industrial-related products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
