Chinese Speaker, Booking and Sales Coordinator

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Yacht booking system, large number of inquiries and text messages online for Yacht Private and Sharing booking.
- Willing to assist customers if there are any last-minute bookings during the weekend.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
- Handles customer complaints and provides appropriate solutions and alternatives promptly.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution.
- Coordinate with different operations departments.
- Perform administrative tasks, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and data entry, file documents, and record-keeping.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven booking/sales experience is preferred minimum of ONE year.
- Must speak Chinese and English (other languages are a plus)
- Well-presented and a good work ethic.
- Positive attitude, Willing to learn and can-do attitude.
- Good customer service skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Computer knowledge, such as MS Office.
- **Salary Package**:_
- The salary package starts from a bare minimum of AED2500 (based on experience) plus commission + UAE Labour Law package._

**Salary**: From AED3,000.00 per month
