**eStay Inn Hotel** is looking to hire a passionate, team player and energetic **Chinese speaker Receptionist.**
Responsibilities include:
**Deliver excellent customer service, manage guest check-in and check-out, handle reservations, address guest inquiries, ensure safety and security, perform administrative tasks, and promote hotel services.**
Guest Check-In: Welcoming and checking-in guests, providing room keys, and explaining hotel policies.
- Guest Check-Out: Assisting guests with check-out, collecting payments, and addressing any concerns.
- Reservations and Bookings: Managing guest reservations, assigning rooms, and accommodating special requests.
- Guest Services: Providing excellent customer service, assisting with luggage, and offering local recommendations.
- Cash Handling and Accounting: Handling financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication and Coordination: Acting as a point of contact for guests and coordinating with other hotel departments.
- Safety and Security: Ensuring guest safety, monitoring security, and reporting any incidents.
- Administrative Tasks: Performing administrative duties like filing, updating guest profiles, and preparing reports.
- Knowledge of Hotel Services: Having a comprehensive understanding of hotel amenities to assist guests effectively.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree Holder.
- At least 3 years' of similar experience in the **UAE hotel/hospitality industries** is **mandatory.**:
- Can write and speak fluently both in Chinese and English language.
- Immediate joiner is highly preferred.
