As a Commission-Based IT Solutions Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, driving growth through acquiring new clients and expanding business relationships. Your role will involve promoting and selling our IT solutions & Digital Media Marketing, and you will be compensated through a commission-based structure for the sales you generate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory or industry sector, seeking opportunities to introduce our IT solutions.
- Understand clients' IT needs and challenges, and recommend suitable solutions that align with their requirements.
- Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our IT products and services.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure accurate understanding of solution capabilities and feasibility.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, addressing any concerns or objections that arise during the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal status using our CRM system.
- Stay informed about the latest IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings.
- Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to expand your professional network and promote our solutions.
- Provide post-sales support by facilitating smooth communication between clients and the technical team.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in IT solutions sales, preferably in IT industry or solutions.
- Solid understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building skills to establish rapport with clients and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Possession of a valid UAE visa and authorization to work in the UAE.

This role offers a commission-based compensation structure, rewarding your success in generating sales. The commission structure is designed to recognize high performance, and additional incentives may be provided based on achieving specific sales milestones.
