Role Overview:

As a Sales Agent with our agency:

  • You will participate in an interview process designed to align you with a sales role that best fits your expertise and experience.
  • No outbound outreach is required. We handle the lead generation and booking of calls for you.
  • Your primary focus will be on closing sales during prebooked calls, allowing you to leverage your sales acumen without the hassle of lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients on prebooked calls to understand their needs and effectively present highticket offers.
  • Utilize your sales skills to guide clients through the sales process, ensuring a positive experience and successful conversion.
  • Collaborate with our team to provide feedback and contribute to ongoing improvements in our sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in highticket or consultative selling.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a commissionbased environment.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • MUST SPEAK ARABIC NATIVELY
