As a **Commis Grill, **you will be preparing and cooking Lebanese cuisines. You will accurately grill meats as well as perform other duties including plating and garnishing of cooked items. You need to maintain all recipes striving to further improve your knowledge.

**What you will do**:

- Prepare a variety of meats, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers
- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period
- Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes
- Sustain the consistency of our recipes of our brand
- Take the full responsibility of your section by preparing the mise-en place, always maintaining the cleanliness, and supporting your team in the kitchen
- Monitor chillers temperature, expiry dates, and checklist filing
- Maintain hygiene and food safety as per the Food Hygiene and Dubai Municipality guidelines
- Ensure quality, speed, and accuracy in all food orders
- Work as per duty schedule and shift
- Work in a team spirit by assisting and supporting your colleagues to make sure the kitchen is set up for success
- Follow Eathos rules, regulations, and standards

**Requirements**:

- You must have two to three years of experience as a Commis Grill preferably in a Lebanese restaurant
- You must be a high-flier over teamwork and communication
- You must maintain high standards of product quality, service, and cleanliness
- You must be able to multi-task, work under pressure, and fast-paced environment
- You are currently located in the UAE
