The Commercial & Business Engagement Division is responsible for driving strategic engagement programs and initiatives that support one of the leading government entity in Dubai, delivering commercial, educational, and social value.

Manager’s responsibilities include developing key growth strategies for the development, execute on tenanting strategies, manage broker relationships. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve company financial targets. Duties will also include achieving annual targets, building relationships, inputting on investor documents, providing reports and understanding customer trends.

This role involves supporting and achieving annual tenanting targets through strategic planning and client base expansion. This includes building enduring client relationships, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating value propositions. The position entails staying informed about category-specific trends, aligning tenanting with development planning, and notifying management of market shifts. Responsibilities extend to ensuring accurate information on leased assets, up-to-date real estate software, and meticulous document control. Supporting business development and technology strategies, executing sales/leasing strategies, and fostering client connections are crucial. The role also involves supervising the sales process, conducting market research, collaborating with marketing, and ensuring compliance with legal mandates. Periodic sales reporting and flexibility in handling additional duties are integral to the position.

Qualification and skills required for the role
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience, In well-known Real estate organization (Commercial and Retail)
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or business administration
- Proven Track of specialty leasing
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Quality and detail orientation
- Organized with excellent time management skills, Good intrapersonal skills and Team player.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong computer skills, Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, YARDI, Microsoft Dynamics.
