**Job Summary**:
The job holder will be responsible to lead and direct all functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including end-to-end recruitment, Onboarding, HR policies and procedures, HR Administration and Operations, Performance Management, Payroll and Off-boarding activities.

**Main Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop job descriptions and manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process for all levels of position.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for the company.
- Manage HR administration process: preparation of all employee letters, leave management.
- Develop a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Initiate and implement employee engagement activities.
- Manage employee new and renewal visa, permits and access cards in the DMCC portal and also for Mainland employees.
- Oversee the payroll process; handle salary disbursements, deductions, and benefits administration.
- Manage HR related offboarding activities for exiting employees.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Handle employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and confidential manner.
- Foster a positive working environment and address any HR-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including personnel files and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations, including documentation related to employment contracts, leaves, and terminations.
- Any additional task assigned by the line manager.

**Minimum Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience with a minimum of 5+ years' experience in Human Resources.
- Excellent knowledge in HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Have a deep understanding of HR requirements and regulations in both the UAE mainland and DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre) free zone.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
