**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
