FARAH HOME REAL ESTATE (FHRS)

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and highly organized Paralegal Secretary for Property Market, the largest European real estate development company in Dubai. As a Paralegal Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales admin department in handling real estate transactions,, contracts, and various legal tasks.

Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients, and Owners, and Banks to save the property details.

Conduct research and gather information for Market Properties including property titles, zoning regulations, and related matters

Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars

To provide full admin support to the respective sales team

To provide MIS reports and information to the management on each member of the sales team

Assist the leads Admin in ensuring that the leads are properly followed up by the team

To support the team in filing their commission claims and attaching the relevant documentation

To Collect all needed documents from the clients

To provide a level of support to the Broker, Sales, and Collection team.

To assist the Admin and Contracts Department

To qualify deals with all necessary approvals

To Complete Reports: Monthly and Status Reports as per management request

Menten Master files, Client documents, and payments (receipts entry)

Update Salesforce for all receipts, new deals, and necessary amendments

Prepare Amendments / Addendums

Essential Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Strong time management and multitasking abilities

Past experience in handling real estate sales teams and proven ability to withstand tremendous pressure

Good understanding of processes within Sales, Finance and Operations

Fluent English & Arabic (written and spoken) are a must

The ability to prioritize and be flexible

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
