*Job Description:*

As a Telesales Representative at Glory Capital Investment, you will play a key role in generating leads, promoting our real estate offerings, and closing sales over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide them with tailored solutions that meet their property investment requirements.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce them to our real estate projects and investment opportunities.
- Build rapport with clients, understand their investment goals, and provide customized property solutions.
- Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and guide clients through the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

*Requirements:*
- Proven experience in telesales, real estate sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Abu Dhabi and an understanding of property investment principles.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid UAE residency or work permit in Abu Dhabi.
