Key Responsibilities:

- Patient Assessment:

- Document findings accurately and timely in the patient's medical record.
- Nursing Care Planning and Implementation:

- Develop individualized care plans based on patients' needs, medical history, and treatment goals.

**Experience**:

License/Certification:
