Building Coordinator

Dubai, United Arab Emirates DGM Investment LLC Full time

**Job responsibilities**

1. Building inspections according to the building code and acceptance criteria, both in visual and technical.

2. Reporting of all facilities in the building and their operations.

3. Follow up with the concern dept for rectification work and make sure the work is done on time.

4. Ensure the apartment is ready for moving in as per the Ejari move in time.

5. Manage the Move in-out of the tenant, and do the inspection.

6. Visual acceptance and record of the project rooms.

7. Updating daily reports in the system.

8. Follow the supervisor's instructions for any other responsibilities.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

- As a Building Coordinator in Property Management: 2 years (required)
