We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Team Leader to lead our dynamic team of real estate agents. As a Real Estate Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, providing guidance and support to team members, and driving performance to achieve sales targets and objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the real estate industry, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of real estate agents, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to help them achieve their full potential.
- Set clear performance goals and objectives for the team, aligned with company targets, and monitor progress towards achievement.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to review performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging teamwork, communication, and mutual respect among team members.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new real estate agents, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources to succeed.
- Coordinate and oversee marketing and promotional activities to enhance the visibility and reputation of the team and company.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals, to foster business opportunities and referrals.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, promoting ethical conduct and integrity within the team.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of success in achieving sales targets and leading teams to high performance.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is advantageous.
- Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
