Business Development Manager

**We are looking for an Business Development manager with experience in ELV Solutions and Home Automation Systems**
Making contact with new or potential clients and building relationships
Meet with customers, promote our company and its services, send them introductory letters, and follow up on a regular basis to create queries.
Prepare proposals and quotations, as well as assist with tender preparation and submission.
Follow up with customers on a regular basis to turn proposals into orders.
Process orders, including final costing and supplier orders, and coordinate delivery, installation, and project completion issues with logistics and the technical team.
Meeting with consumers on a regular basis to handle any delivery and installation difficulties
Ensure customer satisfaction by completing projects on time, with professionalism, and with efficiency.
Reporting on sales actions, accomplishments, project status and predictions, and any other things enhancing and affecting sales targets and strategy
Prepare internal weekly reports, forecasts, and so on.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of sales/business development for ELV projects.
Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
**The Role**:
- New business generation within a portfolio of clients
- Client and Supplier relationship management
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Management of Existing clients and suppliers
- Analysing costs and sales and providing after-sales support
- Achievement of monthly and annual targets
- Helping in the design of custom-made solutions
- Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
**What we look for**:
- Excellent knowledge of ELV Systems like CCTV Surveillance, ACS, Gate Barriers, Structured Cabling, Networking, Public Announcement Systems, Access Control and attendance Systems, Servers, and Data Storages, IOT Solutions etc
- 5-10 years of UAE Market experience with UAE driving license
- Confidence in approaching new clients and building rapport
- Fluency in both written and verbal in English is essential
- A proven track record in sales and business development
- Ability to liaise with individuals at all levels
- Results-driven and disciplined
- An inquisitive nature with good attention to detail
- A hard-working self-motivated team player
- Excellent communication with sales and the ability to negotiate and understand market requirements.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
