**Key Responsibilities**
**Admin **_(only needed)_
- Preferably female _
- At least 1 year of UAE Experience needed._
**Accounting**
- Payroll & attendance management,
- Accounting entries, supporting documentation and accounting records, and coordination with outsourced accounting function;
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Need to know about office filing works
- Need to know WPS, Medical insurance applying
- Monthly VAT filings
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Management of agreements;
- Invoicing & making Quotation
- Creating a full filing system for all accounting records / entries, agreements, and VAT tax filings;
- Follow up on Payment and Collection
**Office Admin**
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain contact lists
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Book travel arrangements
- Provide general support to visitors
- Preparing proposals to the client
- Preparing contracts/ agreements
**Female Office Admin.**
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 per month
