**Your day to day**

We are embarking on an ambitious growth plan of developing the right hotels, in the right location, with the right owner, under the right brand.

Reporting to the CFO and with 3 direct reports who are Directors of Finance for South West Asia/ Middle East and Africa and The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia respectively. In this role you will lead the team in their quest to support the IMEA region from an International finance perspective.

You will
- Strategically partner with the MD IMEA to ensure our longer-term strategy is robust from a financial perspective
- Challenge assumptions and provide effective financial solutions to senior stakeholders throughout the region
- Will use your previous involvement in FP&A, analytics, and influencing at board level to provide insight, strategy, and guidance at a C+ level.
- Own the risk, reputation, and hotel level controls from a finance perspective across the IMEA region.
- The team’s efforts will maximise owner returns and drive profit improvements across the region
- Create ambitious multi-year financial plans and strategies inline with the overall IHG vision
**Your Day to day**

**What we need from you**
- You will be a senior financial expert with current experience of guiding a growing International organisation with your financial insight.
- Ideally having already worked across the IMEA regions your evidential experience of strategically influencing business growth decisions.
- You will have built robust future growth strategies with a regional/International focus in conjunction with senior stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
- Adept at liaising with Senior Stakeholder, managing the demands of multiple partners and an expert at delivering high level updates you will be a concise, clear influencer.
- Whilst Arabic fluency would be a distinct advantage in region it is not a pre-requisite for this role.
- Operational experience in the hospitality industry is not essential in this role. Whilst it will add to your understanding of our business it is more important that you have had exposure in a senior Corporate role in Finance.
