**Your new company**
I’m currently assisting an exciting start-up company in the Fin Tech Industry, with their search for a Head of Finance Officer.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Group CFO and taking full responsibility for the organisations’ finance function in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities include, maintaining day - to - day financial control of the business activities, managing the Treasury Function of the organisations' entities across the UAE and ensuring appropriate implementation of financial regulations / controls.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in setting up the audit function
- 15+ years' experience in a similar role / industry
- Big 4 / Practice experience, is a plus
- Experience with banks or financial institutions will be a plus
- Good knowledge of IFRS
