**Position: Head of Finance**

**Role Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Head of Finance, based full-time in Dubai. As the face of our finance and accounting departments, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, costing, pricing, tax, compliance, and financial statement management. Collaborating closely with the executive team, you will contribute to shaping overall business strategy and decision-making.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting efforts.
- Oversee costing, pricing strategies, and financial statement management.
- Manage VAT, Customs, and Corporate Tax procedures and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
- Provide strategic insights and support to the executive team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within finance and accounting functions.

**Qualifications**:

- Solid understanding of financial statements and analytics
- Proficiency in finance and accounting principles
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's / master's degree in finance or accounting
- Professional accounting certification (CPA, CA) preferred
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in holding companies within the FMCG manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with tax laws and regulations in the UAE
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
