Accountant/ Receptionist

As an Accountant/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, and you will play a crucial role in managing financial records and transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
**Receptionist Responsibilities**:
- Greeting and assisting visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls to the appropriate person.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Coordinating appointments and meetings.
**Accountant Responsibilities**:
- Managing financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Recording financial data accurately in accounting software.
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports.
- Collaborating with the finance team to ensure compliance and accuracy.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
