**Full job description**

We are looking for a Professional, well Dressed with following Job Responsibilities:

- Must have good experience in Customer Service, welcoming and greeting customers as well as patients.
- Schedule and manage appointments using electronic systems or appointment books.
- Maintaining office records Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Good English ascent skills, Arabic language will get preference but not essential Good Previous experience in a customer-focused industry.
- experience in Reception and high level of experience in Customer Service.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Good computer skills and pleasing personality.
- Register new patients, collect necessary information, and verify insurance details.
- Process billing and handle payments, including co-payments and outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and address any scheduling conflicts.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and sorting documents.
- Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling
- Comforting patients by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering questions
- Ensuring availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records
- Maintaining office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and expediting supply orders
- Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
- Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information, recording and collecting patient charges, controlling credit extended to patients, and filing, collecting, and expediting third-party claims.
- Maintains business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies, and scheduling equipment service and repairs.
